Important Tip: It is necessary to have 128-bit encryption to access our Internet Banking service. To determine the current encryption settings of your browser...

Internet Explorer:

bullet

Help > About Internet Explorer

bullet

The setting for Ciper Strength should reflect 128-bit. If Cipher Strength is less than 128-bit, click here to upgrade

Netscape Navigator:

bullet

Communicator > Tools > Security Info > Navigator

bullet

From there, select the SSL v2 button and see if there are checkboxes for 128-bit encryption and that they are checked.  Also check the SSL v3 button and do the same.  If neither selection  offers a 128-bit choice, then the users' browser is not adequate for this task.
