    Customer Service Representative


    Northwestern Bank, committed to providing quality financial services and successful solutions that consistently achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction under our motto, "Where People Matter", is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Main Bank, located in downtown Chippewa Falls. 


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Open and maintain personal and business accounts
    • Open, maintain, and monitor CD’s, IRA’s, and HSA’s, including year-end reporting
    • Assist customers with Savings Bonds, including redemption
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all regulations, products and services, attend meetings and trainings as requested
    • Prepare and transmit wire (domestic and international) requests, when needed


    Job Requirements:

    • 3 years of experience in some or all of the following: opening and closing of personal and business accounts, IRA’s, CD’s, Bonds, HSA’s, and funeral trusts
    • Ability to serve our customers in a professional, accurate and friendly manner, putting the needs of our customers as the top priority
    • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities
    • Great organizational skills and multi-tasker
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Previous teller experience is preferred but not required
