Cash Management PositionRiver Prairie (Altoona) and Chippewa Falls
Northwestern Bank, a proud member of several west-central Wisconsin communities since 1904, is currently seeking a full-time Cash Management Position for our communities. This position will be assigned to work on a regular basis either in the main bank in Chippewa Falls or at the River Prairie location in Altoona, WI. Travel to businesses will be required.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and presents presentations to prospective customers and explains various deposit products and services available to customers. Documents all customer contacts made, solutions offered, and time frames established. Primary activity is in commercial and agricultural depository services. Collaborates with and actively cross-sells to customers other Bank products and services and actively work with loan officers who specialize in commercial, agricultural, consumer and real estate lending as customer need dictates.
- Interviews and counsel’s depository applicants, gathers all pertinent information necessary to prepare depository products and services; meets with clients, primarily outside the bank, to collect signatures needed for deposit products and services.
- Will prepare and upload to the core all documents needed to service the client.
- Prepare account opening requests for Customer Service Representative and ensure you provide all required information accurately.
- Train customers and their staff on the products established for them.
- May prepare depository reports for Bank management, as required.
- Assists other Bank employees with questions and concerns relating to commercial and agricultural deposit products and services. Informs supervisor of current deposit activity.
- May voluntarily represent the Bank in various business, trade, charity, civic and social organizations to support the community and provide for positive public relations.
- Maintains up-to-date job knowledge through professional reading and affiliation with appropriate industry organizations. Keeps informed on depository issues in banking. Recommends policy changes to supervisor.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will participate in business activities and make client visits in the area to promote the Bank's depository program and to support the business industry.
- Other duties as may be necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of this position.
