Northwestern Bank, a proud member of the Chippewa Valley community since 1904, is currently seeking a full-time Universal Teller in our River Prairie office.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, will be detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  Furthermore, our ideal candidate will exemplify our Core Values of:  deliver an exceptional experience, shine through service, lead with integrity, create positive impact, and foster genuine relationships.  With a strong leadership backgroud, this role would have the potential to become the Branch Lead in the near future and would work closely with both the NB Head Teller and Eau Claire Market President to further grow in this position.  

Job responsibilities include the following:

• Process the daily monetary transactions of our customers
• Balance cash drawer and vault on a daily basis
• Open and maintain personal and business accounts
• Open, maintain, and monitor CD's, IRS's, and HSA's
• Assist customers with Savings Bonds, including redemptions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all regulations, products, and services
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• 3+ years of expereince in the following areas:  opening and closing accounts, IRA's, CD's, Bonds, and HSA's
• Ability to serve our customers in a professional, accurate, and friendly manner
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous teller experience preferred but not required
