The ideal cadidate for this position will have previous banking experience, strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, will be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and will exemplify our Core Values of deliver an exceptional experience, shine through service, lead with integrity, create positive impact, and foster genuine relationships. Job duties include being responsible for the following tasks: 

• Possesses thorough knowledge of consumer and business internet banking, and all products and services featured within those programs.
• Assists customers with inquiries either in-person or by phone. Such items are: internet banking, balancing checkbooks, etc. 
• Assists customers with their debit card needs including ordering new cards, increasing limits, handling fraud, and adding travel alerts. 
• Assists customers with online banking set up and helping to troubleshoot if problems arise. 
• Handles and resolves non-posts.
• Handles dormant accounts according to specified policies and regulations.
• Statement maintenance.
• Sweep and ACH maintenance. 
• Backs up other department personnel with their tasks as needed.
